Live Services

If you choose to setup a LIVE service, calls will be seamlessly redirected from your 1900 or credit card line to your land line phone number so that you, or your operators/staff can answer the calls LIVE. We don't need to physically setup a 1900 or credit card line in your home or office, it's really just having us forward the calls to the local phone number of your choice. You are able to keep track of all the minutes your callers have spent on the phone with daily emailed call statistics our system generates, allowing you to calculate how much money your service numbers are making.

Recorded Services

If you choose to setup a RECORDED service, you will be allocated a dedicated number with a local number for you to call and make your own recordings and updates. You have unlimited access to update your recordings as often as you like. You DO NOT need to setup any local phone lines, and you don't need any special phone equipment. Our IVR (Interactive Voice Response system) answers and processes all calls for your service, and simultaneously plays your recorded content to all callers. RECORDED services are easy to update and operate very similar to recording a voice mail.
